Your Role:

As the Business Performance Manager, your mission is to drive optimization and strategic decision-making. You will transform data into power, working closely with leadership to stimulate thinking and ensure our business objectives align perfectly with our performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Analysis: Produce and analyze key business metrics and financial performance indicators to monitor operational activity.

• Strategic Insights: Identify pain points, propose improvement solutions, and provide actionable insights through data reporting.

• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with managers to stimulate thinking and help them make strategic decisions.

• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with leadership teams to drive operational improvements and participate in cross-functional projects.

• Digital Innovation: Propose and integrate digital and artificial intelligence tools into business operations.

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure perfect alignment between business objectives and regional performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Competencies:

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 7 to 10 years in business performance analysis or management; expertise in financial modeling and business intelligence tools.

• Data Mastery: Proficiency in performance tracking systems and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).

• Strategic Influence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence decision-making and manage stakeholders effectively.

• Linguistic & Technical Mastery: Fluent in English (Fluent in French or additional languages are a plus); Highly proficient in the Office suite.
