Compliance Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

•  Assist and implement product compliance policies and procedures.

•  Ensure the product compliance with EU regulations and assess the risk to ensure regulatory adherence.

•  Monitor changes in product regulations and share with job referential.

•  Collaborate with quality and other job teams to maintain compliance standards.

•  Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective measures.

•  Complete monitoring and traceability reports for controls and products in line with European standards and client requirements.

•  Propose and integrate digital and artificial intelligence into conformity activities.

•  Ensure packaging conformity to the client standards and technical documentation.

•  Create product data sheets as required.

•  Manage and track litigations.

•  Process quotation requests for laboratory tests.

•  Problem-solving and risk assessment skills.

•  Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

•  Master the Office suite.

•  Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
