As an Sourcer, your main mission is to hunt for potential suppliers across digital platforms, identify overstock opportunities, and feed our system with high-quality data. It’s all about being quick, tech-savvy, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Hunting: Find and evaluate new suppliers based on cool briefs from your Team Leader.

• AI & Tech Integration: Use AI tools, data analytics, and web scraping to make your sourcing faster and smarter.

• Continuous Improvement: Learn from feedback to sharpen your hunting skills every day.

• Data Integrity: Ensure all sourced supplier information is accurate and ready for the next big deal.

• Team Synergy: Work closely with the Prospection and Negotiation teams in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, or a related field

• Experience: Got a background in Market Research, Sales, or Lead Generation? That’s a huge plus.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with digital tools, AI, or even curious about web scraping and automation.

• Mindset: Proactive, responsive, and has a keen eye for detail.

• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English (Required); Knowing some French is a cool bonus!

• Soft Skills: Great communication and a friendly vibe to work with teams across the globe.
