The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Ozeol. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment plans.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels.

• Lead employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

• Proven success in recruiting within a fast-paced environment (retail experience is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
