Your Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for:

·        Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and extending offers.

·        Strategic Planning: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

·        Talent Sourcing: Leveraging job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to attract and engage top talent.

·        Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.

·        Employer Branding: Supporting the development and enhancement of our employer brand with compelling job postings and active involvement in industry events.

Qualifications

·        Strong command of English and French

·        Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role

·        Familiar with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Highly organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
