Your Role:

As a Team Leader Buyer (Negotiation), you are the strategic bridge connecting global sourcing opportunities with the high-demand French market. You don't just manage deals; you orchestrate international trade at scale within a 6,000-staff ecosystem. This is a high-stakes, results-oriented sales leadership role where your ability to navigate global markets and drive a high-performing team directly impacts our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Market Integration: Acting as the vital link between market demands in France and global sourcing execution to ensure high-margin acquisitions.

• KPI-Driven Leadership: Leading and empowering a team of Buyers (Negotiators) to smash performance targets through aggressive sales strategies.

• Quality & Portfolio Oversight: Supervising the quality of the supplier portfolio managed by prospectors to ensure high-standard inputs for the negotiation stage.

• Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Serving as the strategic interface with Client Coaches and the first line of defense for complex supplier/client difficulties.

• Operational Excellence: Validating high-value purchase orders and ensuring strict compliance with procurement procedures and ethical standards.

• Cross-functional Synergy: Partnering with Sourcing and Activation teams to ensure a seamless, fast-paced supply chain cycle.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Competencies:

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Experience: Proven track record in Negotiation, Procurement, Sales, or Business Development. Prior leading team experience is required.

• Leadership & Performance: Expertise in driving KPI-based performance, team evaluation, and fostering a competitive yet collaborative sales culture.

• Commercial Mastery: Advanced negotiation tactics, contract validation, and a deep understanding of Global Overstock Clearance models.

• Digital Innovation: Tech-savvy in AI-based management tools to revolutionize team productivity and market analysis.

• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English (Required); Proficiency in French or additional languages is a strong plus.
