Your Role:

As a Team Leader Sourcing & Activation, you manage daily administrative operations to ensure a high-performing sourcing funnel. Your mission is to lead a team in transforming raw market data into high-value leads, leveraging AI-driven tools and Web Scraping to optimize workflow efficiency while ensuring absolute data security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Organize and supervise the daily tasks of the Sourcing and Activation team to ensure high-quality output and service.

• Workflow Optimization: Implement AI-driven tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team productivity.

• Performance Monitoring: Track individual and collective KPIs, providing the necessary support and training to help your team hit their marks.

• Process Improvement: Apply a "Test & Learn" approach to streamline data management and reporting for better decision-making.

• Team Development: Participate in recruiting and training, ensuring every team member is up-to-date with the best practices in sourcing.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Purchasing and Internal departments to maintain a seamless operational flow.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

• Team Management: Proven experience in leading teams and managing administrative operations.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert in AI-driven tools, Web Scraping, and digital team management platforms to optimize workflow and productivity.

• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent in English; Proficiency in French or additional languages is a strong plus.

• Office Mastery: Advanced skills in the Office suite.
